Vogue On 54 reserves the right to refuse products and/or services to anyone at its discretion if it feels the policies herein are being abused.

Cancellations
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated.

Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you time to unwind, enjoy a beverage and preview a possible new look in our various fashion magazines.

Late Arrivals
To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

Gratuities
For your convenience Vogue On 54 accepts gratuities by cash or check.

Children
Vogue On 54 welcomes all well-behaved children. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in the space. Most drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children.

Payment
Vogue On 54 accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks for payment of services and products. A $25 Non Sufficient Funds fee will be assessed for any checks that are returned.
 

Returns/Refunds
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. Please refer to the Redo policy below.
Vogue On 54 proudly stands behind all its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any products purchased at Vogue On 54, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase with receipt.
All Sales of hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.), and Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) sales are final. No returns and no exchanges.

Redo
Vogue On 54 stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.

Color Formulas
All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Vogue On 54.

Model Services
The Intern Program is the heart of Vogue On 54. The incorporation of new minds ensures that Vogue On 54 is continually infused with new ideas. We take great pride in our Intern Program. We strive to create truly well-rounded stylists by providing both technical and customer service training. The Interns are given the opportunity to perfect their skills by scheduling models for appointments. To progress in the program, the Intern must demonstrate their technical expertise with a variety of haircuts and color services. These more experienced Interns are our Advanced Interns. Ultimately, once they have passed all the levels, the Interns are given the opportunity to cut and color as Jr. Stylists and then as full Stylists at Vogue On 54.
Appointments with Interns always begin with a thorough consultation with the Intern & an Educator. We ask you to keep an open mind and remember that this is a learning situation. All work is supervised, however results are not guaranteed. Because of the importance of this program, we encourage promptness and patience. All models are required to sign a model service release form.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable.
